The New & Improved APA!

If you haven't played in the APA for a while Welcome Back!. we've made a few changes. As a former member, already familiar with the league, we've created this page just for you.

If you register a new team consisting of at least five (5) new players or former APA members who have not played in the APA for at least seven (7) months you will qualify for APA Rewards Points. If you list yourself as Captain, both you and your Co-Captain will each receive 100 APA Rewards Points which can be used at our APA e-Store. Redeem your APA Reward Points for cues, cases, or other APA merchandise.

Continue to play and you will receive your APA Reward Points by week 8 of the session.

What's New:

• APA 5-Star Sportsmanship Program
  In most APA Leagues, and on most nights, things go according to plan and the teams have a great time playing APA pool. We realize however, that occasionally there may be a player or even a team in the League that other players just don't like being around. Usually these players or teams get away with their actions way too long before we are able to take appropriate action. Members simply don’t like to complain unless the problem turns major. With this in mind, the same Pool League that brings you fair competition with it’s EQUALIZER Handicap System, has now put into place a Five-Star Sportsmanship program designed to increase the fun you have playing in the APA. • Stats and Schedules Online
  For years members have asked these questions: "What's my lifetime winning percentage?", "I lost my schedule, where do we play this week?", "Did we make the playoffs?", "When do we shoot in the Tri-Annuals?", etc. We are the first APA League in the nation to offer our members personalized home pages. We lay it all out for you in custom built pages. It's all there, including some stats we've thrown in just for fun. I have to tell you don't say WOW! to our new personal and league statistics, well.... As a former member, chances are your stats are here right now, waiting for you. [Want your Stats?]
  
• Our NEW Electronic Store (E-Store) and APA Reward Points Program
  Your money is no good here, but the reward points you earn for your participation in key positions and helping the league to grow can get you some pretty sweet deals on items in our E-Store.
  
• Greater recognition for your achievements in the league
  Starting with the Fall 2007 we are now going to recognize a session's TOP GUN performance in every skill level tier in both 8-Ball & 9-Ball. That means, for example, if you are a Skill Level 2 or 3 in 8-Ball you will, under the new system, be in a race for your own Top Gun trophy at the end of the session with the other 2's and 3's in your division! If you are a 4 or a 5, same thing, and you'll be able to track your progress through our expanded personal and league statistics capabilities.
