Understand that both teams must each maintain at least three (3) members from the original team and that the teams must continue to play on the same night and in the same format or neither team is eligible for this promo. If the teams meet this criteria, the Captains of each of the teams will receive 200 APA Rewards Points and the Co-Captains of each of the teams will each receive 100 APA Rewards Points. If a player(s) simply drops off a team to start up a team on a different night or in a different format, they must meet the “NEW” team criteria to be eligible for APA Rewards Points. If you are an ACTIVE APA member and dropping off your current team next session to start a "NEW" Team, this is the promo for you. Understand that in order to qualify for this promo, your "NEW" Team must meet the "NEW" team qualifying criteria listed below, and you must be listed as either captain or co-captain. If you are the Captain you will receive 400 APA Rewards Points Points -or- Both the Captain AND Co-Captain will receive 200 APA Rewards Points each. (400 Total APA Rewards Points for this promo)

We recognize that the job of team captain is a tough one! The captain is the soul of the team. To show our thanks for their dedication, beginning with the APA Fall Session we are offering up to 200 Awards Points for every team captain each year. That's 60 APA Rewards Points for the Spring and Fall Sessions and 80 points for the Summer Session. To be eligible, all team fees and paperwork must be kept up-to-date and the team must maintain a 3 or higher 5 Star Sportsmanship Rating. (Total APA Rewards Points per league year is 200.)

Form a new team for the Tuesday Night Masters Division or Wednesday Night Nine Ball Division and the Captain will receive 300 APA Reward Points -or- if the Co-Captain helped organize the team, the Captain and Co-Captain will each receive 150 APA Reward Points. This Promo does not require the "NEW" Team qualifying criteria, however moving a team from one night to another night does not qualify. To qualify for this Promo the new team must consist of at least 5 people who continue to play on Monday night or were not on an APA Team roster last session. Other restrictions apply. If you've never played in the APA and would like to register a team for next session you may be eligible for this promotion. Understand that if my team meets the "NEW" Team qualifying criteria (listed below) that the Captain will receive 300 APA Reward Points. If requested the Co-Captain may receive 100 APA Rewards Points from the Captain.

"New Team" Eligibility Criteria: To be considered a "New" Team, the team must consist of a combination of at least 5 New APA Members or old APA players who have not played in the league for at least 7 months.

REPLACING MEMBERS OF A CURRENT (OR EXISTING) TEAM WITH FIVE "ELIGIBLE PLAYERS", OR REPLACING MEMBERS ON A CURRENT TEAM WITH FIVE "ELIGIBLE PLAYERS" AND THEN MOVING YOUR CURRENT TEAM TO A DIFFERENT NIGHT OF PLAY, A DIFFERENT FORMAT, OR TO A DIFFERENT TAVERN DOES NOT MEET THE "NEW TEAM" QUALIFYING CRITERIA. YOUR WEEK # 5 ROSTER WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY. NO REWARDS POINTS WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS A TEAM MEETS THE "NEW" TEAM CRITERIA! REWARDS POINTS WILL BE ISSUED TO QUALIFIED TEAM CAPTAINS, CO-CAPTAINS,  AND REFERRING MEMBERS AT THE END OF THE SESSION IF THE TEAM HAS SUBMITTED ALL THE TEAM FEES AND PAPERWORK.

Reward Points will be issued to your account at the end of the session and may be redeemed anytime thereafter.  Rewards Points never expire and can be accrued for other items, including trips to Vegas.  The Week 5 team roster will determine eligibility. The League Office is the sole arbiter of eligibility and reserves the right to cancel promotions at anytime. Rewards Points have no cash value, and are subject to change at any time.
